Montana Fly Fishing Guide Service

We offer an on site guide service.  You can choose the guide service for any of the Spring Creeks, the Yellowstone River, the lake on the home place, or some larger lakes that are approximately 100 miles North of Livingston.  These choices offer a variety of different fly fishing opportunities, including wade trips and float trips, that can fit any skill level.

The on site guiding is done by Tucker Nelson.  Tucker was born and raised on Nelson’s Spring Creek Ranch and is the fourth generation to work the ranch.  He is a self taught fly fisherman who has fished Nelson’s Spring Creek all of his life. He knows every riffle and has fished every hole.  He can teach you the tricks of the trade, share some history, and show you how to really enjoy the day.

First time fisherman? Don’t worry, Tucker is willing to teach, tip, guide, and make sure that you will enjoy the experience.

Excellent fisherman, just don’t know the waters?  Tucker will be happy to guide you, show you a great time, and share a good meal.
