Livingston and Paradise Valley, Montana Local Scene

Nelson’s Spring Creek Ranch is centrally located in Paradise Valley.  The Absorka Beartooth Wilderness is minutes away.  The wilderness offers abundant outdoor activities including hiking, biking, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing.  

We are 9 miles South of Livingston, MT.  Livingston offers fine dining with numerous art galleries and clothing stores.  Also keep in mind Livingston’s 4th of July celebration featuring the Livingston Roundup Rodeo. 

The Ranch is 20 miles North of the Chico Hot Springs Resort, which boasts world-renowned dining and relaxing hot pools.  If planning to dine at Chico make sure to make your reservations early.

Yellowstone National Park lies 40 minutes to the South of the Ranch.  It may be a great way to spend one of your days.

If you choose to experience Montana during the winter you can take advantage of near by cross-country and downhill skiing.  Also, take advantage of our winter rates if you can brave the cold.  The winter and spring fishing can be excellent.
